A day spent learning about and flying our spectacular Birds of Prey is a wonderful experience never to be forgotten. This is why many companies use us to create a corporate hospitality day with a difference.
Nestling in a beautiful valley in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Brackenbottom is home to our Falconry Centre and is the perfect place to bring small groups for a day of spectacular sport with our Birds of Prey.
Sample Itinerary
Following a coffee on arrival, clients are introduced to our unique collection of trained raptors, ranging from beautiful Spectacled and Milky Eagle Owls, Harris Hawks and Peregrine Falcons to awesome Golden and White-Tailed Sea Eagles. They will then learn the techniques of how to handle and fly some of these magnificent Birds of Prey in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales countryside under the guidance of an expert falconer.
Following a pub lunch in the local village, we go out onto the spectacular hillsides of Pen-y-Ghent and experience the thrill of real falconry. Harris Hawks and Goshawks fly from your guests' gloved hands in pursuit of wild prey. The day finishes with the opportunity to watch Peregrine Falcons, the fastest Birds of Prey in the world, demonstrate their spectacular flying skills pursuing Carrion Crows over open countryside.
We can bring our birds to your corporate event
If you are planning a corporate function for your employees or clients, what better way to provide some novel and exciting entertainment than for Hawk Experience to bring a variety of birds to you? We will bring an appropriate selection of Birds of Prey (depending on what space is available) and organise a spectacular demonstration of their flying skills together with bird handling opportunities.
If you would like to include other countryside activities such as clay-pigeon shooting, sheep dog/gun dog demonstrations or archery, then we can also arrange this for you.
